This cheese has a mild, fresh taste and is used in sauces and on pizzas. We also enjoy it grilled on toast with salami and sun dried tomatoes. Awarded a SILVER 2005 and GOLD MEDAL at the 2008 Sydney Cheese and Dairy Produce Show
