St Laurent Tasty

is one of our cheese makers specialty cheeses. Named after a village in France this is a mild flavored tasty cheese that has great versatility. It can be used as a table cheese, grated for cooking, melted on toast or any other number of uses. Children especially love the mild flavour.

Tomme

traditional French cheese that has been matured to create a stronger although still subtle flavor. It is a fabulous table cheese and is delicious served as the final course. It is also a great melting cheese.

Pecorino Fresco

This cheese has a mild, fresh taste and is used in sauces and on pizzas. We also enjoy it grilled on toast with salami and sun dried tomatoes. Awarded a SILVER 2005 and GOLD MEDAL at the 2008 Sydney Cheese and Dairy Produce Show

Unhomogenised milk

Taste the difference!

Our organic unhomogenised milk is pure and as close to milk straight from the cow as we can get. With minimal machine use all the goodness remains in the milk.

The cream truly does rise to the top.  Shake well before use or dollop the cream straight from the bottle.

Feta

Our cheese has a smooth, creamy taste with a bit of a bite. Great used in salads, on pizzas, in hors-d’oeuvres, pastries, Dolmades, and in rich tomato based lamb and beef stews. Ricotta

This is a smooth cheese, made from 50% organic milk and 50% organic whey.

Natural Organic Yoghurt

The 100% natural organic yoghurt is the first of its kind to be made in the Highlands. It’s an all natural yoghurt which is un-homogenised giving a nice layer of cream that rises to the top of the jar. Its smooth texture and slight tartness makes it perfect for adding berries to it, on cereal, for smoothies and an excellent base for dips and sauces, and is great to cook with!
